A spirited effort from Anselmians 1st XV in the 2nd period saw them claw back a deficit of 26 - 5 to give a much needed fillip to their efforts to secure life in Regional 1 North West.

From a seemingly impossible position a dramatic comeback was achieved. Tries from Derek Salisbury, Joe Sanders, Fred Clarke and 2 from Skipper Will Grabe along with a player of the match performance from Jon Bonner demonstrated the spirit that is starting to blossom.
